The apartment was a fantastic base for exploring Zurich's popular places. The check-in process was fast and convenient. The location near the old town and main attractions was perfect. The apartment was quite close to a tram station, making it easy to get around.

Everything was clean, I liked the location and rooms. Unbeatable location - very close to Brupbacherplatz. Besides, a convenience store and boutiques where next door. Stuff were helpful, had a nice stay on a vacation. It had a private bathroom. Perfect option, decent value for money...

The value for money at this hotel was excellent - a comfortable room with everything we needed. The location was convenient and the staff treated us well.
The hotel breakfast could have been better with a wider variety of options.

The rooms are extremely tiny. Extra Beds are very uncomfortable. No place to walk in the room. The door access system is the worst. Hotel has no reception. No ventilation. If the windows are opened, one cannot sleep due to the heavy traffic noise all night and the people chatting on the streets near the hotel. No lift to carry luggage. I would definitely not recommended for a family trip.

The Guesthouse surprised by the absense of staff - the keys from the room were left for us in the box. However, the room was very large compared to what you typically get in Swiss hotels in the similar price range. The whole building was recently renovated, and rooms and facilities are very modern and nice. The guesthouse is located 5 minutes walk from Bahnhof Wiedikon, which allows for easy and fast access into the center of the city. Can definitely recommend for a stay in zh.

The room was clean and comfortable....location was not central.
We reached at the location and the door was closed there was no staff no reception. No contact details on the door. We waited and knocked for atleast an hour an just when we were about to leave some local guy helped us by calling the number we had and getting the key for our room. The main reception was at some other location. There should have been some staff here as well or some contact details on the door. During our whole stay we did not see any member of the staff

In general, it’s good base for staying in Zurich. Staff is always very very helpful. There is a central heating and a TV set, plus rooms are a nice size and good standard, it's important. The bathroom is clean, relaxing after a long day. This is a nice and simple accommodation, decent value for money.

Room is big.
It is not easy to find the guesthouse for first time visitor. Currently there is road construction.

It was easy to check in and check out. The wi-fi was on every floor and strong enough for what we needed. I noticed the routers on each floor. The metro stop was less than 10 minutes away, but it was difficult to find the street because there was work being done and we couldn't find any signs. It was a quiet neighborhood.
There was no hotel staff in the building and no phones to contact the other location so we were unable to ask questions or request additional towels without going to the other location. The hallways were unmarked so it took some time going up and down stairs to find our room and later the kitchen.

It's worth of the money. Location is good. only 20-25 mins from airport by train and around 10 mins to central station by metro. Rooms are clean and confortable. Kitchen and laundry are on the 2nd floor. There are some constructions going on on the street during the daytime, but it was quiet during the night.
No lift at the hostel. The reception is at another location witch is 7 mins walking from the hostel. It's better to remember the password on the confirmation email they sent you or have a cellphone to call them. Otherwise there is no way to get in.

The rooms were very neat, modern and comfortable. The ensuites were lovely and modern.
When we arrived at the address provided we weren't sure if we were in the right place because the sign on the building differed from the title of the hotel. The door was locked and there was no intercom. We were only able to enter because a man we stopped in the street to ask if we were in the right place happened to be an employee who let us in. In the morning we wanted to leave early but no one was at the reception until 10am. It was very noisy overnight.
